- they refuse to return the guarantee money that they took from December last year (car was in order as per received form documentation)
- on top: lies, arrogance, disinformation, passive aggressive by both phone and email and more other lies....
also there is a solid suspicion that they LEAK THE CLIENT DATA to 3rds (this includes also the credit cart or payment information).
