I'M DISAPPOINTED WITH EUROPCAR.

I DON'T RECOMMEND 'EUROPCAR CORNELLÁ DE LLOBREGAT'. We hired a van and there was a big scratch on the side. We informed about them about it and they said they knew about it already. When we returned it they wanted us to sign a damage report. We refused to do so. Then they started to be rude and abusive. We heard the manager saying to his assistant 'just make them sign it and get rid of them' We couldn't believe that the manager could be so unprofessional and completely unable to offer good quality customer service. We will not come back.
